By accessing www.prezinko.in or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. By continuing to use our website, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Upload any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data from this site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content via our platform
• Impersonate any person, entity, or Prezinko employee

Prezinko reserves the right to terminate access for any violation without notice and to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hsr@prezinko.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Prezinko is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on prezinko.in.

All products are made-to-order. Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring all uploaded files, artwork, and text are accurate and free from errors — including spelling, resolution, and colour accuracy.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal under Indian law, or infringes any third-party rights. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps
• Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — where applicable and available at checkout

5.2 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices may include or exclude GST — this will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. GST invoices are available on request — please provide your GSTIN at checkout. All customised / personalised orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery is not available for made-to-order items.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation upon order placement. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at hsr@prezinko.in before placing a duplicate order.

5.4 Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Prezinko does not store your card details, net banking credentials, or UPI PIN. We never ask for these details via email, phone, or chat.

5.5 Fraud Prevention

Prezinko reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is suspected to involve fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious activity. In such cases, we may request additional verification before processing the order. Repeated fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

All website content — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design elements — is the property of Prezinko / Edacademi and is protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

By uploading artwork, logos, or designs to our platform, you confirm that you own all rights to the uploaded content or have obtained the necessary permissions, and you grant Prezinko a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Prezinko's total liability for any order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the website and accept no liability for downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

Prezinko shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemic restrictions, or courier network failures. In such events, we will notify affected customers and endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as reasonably practicable.

Prezinko reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

Prezinko / Edacademi operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including:

• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
• Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations — GSTIN available on request
